Listed here are cutting edge prevention tips, links, and natural remedies that have been found effective in healing or preventing common illnesses. There is not room here to go into much detail, but if you research these tips you may find the keys to healing whatever ails you. I am constantly learning more and adding to this page.

Every body is different, so the same remedy may not work for everyone, but these are all non-invasive natural remedies to try before 
resorting to drugs, surgery, or other potentially dangerous options.

Acne
- Zinc, low-glycemic diet; Avoid dairy products, Avoid fried foods, Avoid sugar

Adrenal Fatigue
Celtic Sea Salt in water, detox (see below), food based B and C vitamins, grounding to Earth, ginseng, ashwagandha, use "zapper" over adrenals; Avoid stress! Avoid stimulants (coffee, cigarettes, drugs, etc.)

Aging - Vegan diet including nuts and seeds has been shown to promote highest longevity - regular moderate exercise, Vitamin D3, coconut oil (internally and externally),
coconut products, goji berries, deer antler, chlorella, maca, marine phytoplankton; Avoid overeating, Avoid over-exercising

Allergies - Perilla extract - 100 mg twice a day, quercetin

Alzheimer's - DHA, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), omega fatty acids, Huperzine A, Galantamine, anti-oxidants

Angina - Magnesium, arjuna, vegan diet with nuts and seeds

Anxiety - EFT, B vitamins,
passion flower, kava kava (do NOT use with alcohol, hepatotoxic drugs, or when there is any sort of liver distress), L-lysine and L-arginine; Women - activate oxytocin with nurturing and cuddling (even if it is just with a stuffed animal or pillow) and release deep sighs until the feeling shifts; Men - take assertive action or vigorous exercise to activate adrenaline and deep invigorating inhalations; Avoid sugar, Avoid caffeine, Avoid refined carbohydrates

Appendicitis - Purslane and dandelion
decoction, probiotics; Avoid cheese, white flour products, and sugar

Arterial Plaque
- Grapefruit pectin, EDTA oral chelation, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Vitamin C, alkaline diet,
bromelain

Asthma - Magnesium, Vitamin D3; Avoid stress, Check for food sensitivities or thyroid issues

Athletes Foot - Externally: Acidophilus powder, baking soda, coconut oil - Internally: Candida cleanse

Arthritis - New Zealand Green Lipped Muscle ETAs, Grounding (connecting bare skin to Earth), oil Pulling (swish vegetable oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes before breakfast every day), Apple cider vinegar in water, cherries, fruit pectin,
bromelain; Avoid solanum family (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant

Autism - Avoid Gluten and dairy products! Heavy metal detox (see detox below), chlorella, cilantro, remove dental heavy metal fillings, NAC, glutathione, check autoimmune function, Active Detox and ProAlive drops from AscendedHealth.com; Avoid inoculations

Belly Fat- Often caused by insulin resistance, low glycemic diet, raw foods, Vitamin C, magnesium, beta-carotene; Avoid refined sugars, high carbohydrate foods, and grain products - Can also be caused by estrogen dominance (try a bioidentical progesterone cream) - Detox (see below); Avoid soy, pesticide sprayed foods, and eating from plastic containers

Bloating - Apple cider vinegar (unpasteurized), lipase, low fat diet, Digest RC; Avoid cooked fats, avoid fructose

Birth control pill side effects - 50mg vitamin B6 + 500 mg magnesium/day

Blood pressure (High) - Magnesium, natto, soluble fiber (as in oat bran), Omega 3 fatty acids DHA, EPA, Vitamin D, CoQ10; Avoid processed foods, Avoid wheat and cornstarch

Blood thinner - Ginger, garlic, ginkgo, dong quai, feverfew, fish oil, vitamin E, and tree ear mushrooms

Bones see
Osteoporosis below

Cancer - Gerson Therapy, Budwig Diet, Essiac Tea, Detox (see below), AGS, vegan diet, apricot seeds, almonds, Vitamin D3 level at least 50, Vitamin K1 and K2, progesterone; Avoid sugar! Avoid animal products, Avoid soy, Avoid flax

Celiac disease - Avoid gluten

Cholesterol (High) -
Soluble fiber from beans, oats, and other grains, blueberries, arjuna, red yeast rice, policosanol (cane sugar extract), inositol

Cholesterol (Low) - Coconut oil, coconut meat

Chronic Fatigue- Raw foods, vegetable juices, leafy green smoothies, detoxification
, can be caused by Epstein Barr virus; Avoid cooked fats of all kinds

Cold Hands and Feet (Tired, Excessive Sleep, Thinning Hair, Dry Skin, Depression, Easy to Gain Weight) - Signs of hypothyroid problem,
Vitamin D3; Avoid gluten! Avoid soy

Congestive Heart Failure - CoQ10, Vitamin B12, magnesium, potassium, omega fatty acids (krill oil), selenium, Vitamin E, fiber, Vitamin C, vegan diet including nuts and seeds, regular exercise! Detox!
; Avoid salt

Constipation - Magnesium, leafy green smoothies with fresh fruit (equal to at least a  bunch of spinach, head of dark green lettuce, or a bunch of parsley, etc., per day - rotate greens through the week), probiotics, exercise, drink more water

Cramps - Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium

Craving Salt -
Sign of adrenal fatigue, ginseng, ashwagandha, Celtic sea salt; Avoid stress

Craving Sweets - Sign of insulin resistance, raw vegan diet, low glycemic foods,
(can also signal need for more protein); Avoid sugar

Dandruff - B complex 50 mg/day, selenium 200mcg/day, EFAs

Dental Health
Oil Pulling (swish coconut oil in the mouth for 15-20 minutes before breakfast every day); Avoid sugar!

Depression - Niacin (enough to notice improvement), EFT, pumpkin

Detox - Lose excess weight, then follow this procedure once per day for several weeks: take 100 - 5000 mg Niacin (NOT time released), enough to cause skin flushing - then exercise for 30 minutes (rebounding is ideal) - then sit in an Infared Sauna for 40 minutes. According to Dr. Mercola, this is the best possible way to detox

Digestion - Beets, beet juice, apple cider vinegar

Diabetes - 30 day raw vegan foods diet, magnesium, low glycemic foods; Avoid sugar

Dizziness when standing quickly -
sign of adrenal fatigue (see above); Avoid caffeine, Avoid stress

Dry Skin or Hair - Sign of a thyroid imbalance caused by auto-immune disorder, grounding to Earth, essential fatty acids; Avoid gluten (see Hair below)

Epstein Barr Virus - Raw vegan diet, parasite cleanse, heavy metal detox, candida cleanse, homeopathy (see qualified classical homeopath), remove heavy metal dental fillings, check thyroid antibody level

Eyes - for macular degeneration or cataracts - 95,000 mcg. Zeaxanthin and 95,000 mcg. Lutein 8 times per day for 2 - 3 months (until sight improvement slows), then same dose 3 times per week as maintenance.

Fear of known things - Mimulus Flower Essence Remedy, EFT

Fibromyalgia - Detox, raw vegan diet, EFT
, may be related to Epstein Barr virus; Avoid gluten, Avoid dairy, Avoid all cooked fats

Flu - Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, homeopathic Oscilliococcinum (other homeopathic remedies depending on symptoms)


Frequent Urination - May be sign of insulin resistance, raw vegan diet, low glycemic foods, drink more water (can be a sign of dehydration), kidney cleanse; Avoid sugar

Gallbladder Attacks or Stones
Lipase, low fat diet; Avoid all cooked fats

Gas - Enzymes, probiotics, bitters, dandelion greens before meals, ginger; Avoid combining proteins with carbohydrates

Hair, brittle, dry - Silicon/
silica (safe supplemental form - Silicium Orgono Living Silica), MSM 3,000 mg/day, B complex 50 mg 2X/day, two Tbs. flax, hemp, or perilla oil/day (EFAs)

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis - Autoimmune dysfunction,
Vitamin D3; Avoid gluten! Avoid stress

Headaches -
Sign of adrenal fatigue or dehydration, EFT, feverfew, lavender aromatherapy, ginseng, ashwagandha, drink more water; Avoid stress

Heart Arrhythmia - Magnesium, taurine, Omega 3 fatty acids from flax, hemp, or fish oil; Avoid MSG in all its forms http://www.msgtruth.org/avoid.htm, Avoid aspartame!

Heart Disease - CoQ10, natto, hawthorn, purslane, leafy greens, balance Omega 3,6,9 fatty acids, at least 90% vegan diet including nuts and seeds, at least 80% raw foods, food-based magnesium, potassium; Avoid non-food-based calcium supplements

Heart Palpitations, Rapid Pulse (also Trembling, Insomnia, Night Sweats) - Can be sign of hyperthyroid, Vitamin D3, EFT; Avoid gluten!

Heartburn - Slippery elm, DGL licorice; Avoid eating carbohydrates and heavy proteins at the same meal

Hemorrhoids Liver cleanse, one day raw juice fast, green smoothies, Super GI Cleanse, two cups of dandelion root tea per day, cabbage family vegetables, leafy greens, lemon, lime, garlic, onions, radish, eggs, artichoke, asparagus, beets, celery, nutritional yeast, dandelion, chicory, probiotics, raw fermented foods (i.e. sauerkraut), ginger, olive oil & flax oil in moderation

Hormone Imbalance - Grounding to Earth, coconut oil (internally and exteranally), cruciferous vegetables (cabbage family), goji berries, passion flower tea, citrus peel, oats, vitex, angelica, dong quai, damiana, progesterone cream, maca, deer antler, superfood proteins, detox (see above); Rotate sources! Avoid pesticides, Avoid eating or drinking from plastic containers, Avoid soy!

Hypoglycemia - Frequent meals, low glycemic foods, raw vegan diet including nuts and seeds, frequent fats and protein snacks in small amounts

Immune System Support - Iodine, Vitamin D3, zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, echinacia

Indigestion - Apple cider vinegar in water, beets, beet juice, enzymes (Transformation Enzymes), probiotics

Inflammation - 
Bromelain, Omega-3 fatty acids, grounding to Earth, ginger, probiotics, EFT, raw vegan diet; Avoid gluten

Injuries (bumps, sprains, bruises) - Homeopathic Arnica Montana 30C, use lower number potency for longer term use i.e. 6X, EFT

Insomnia - Melatonin, turn lights off at same time each day, stick to a regular bed time, Reiki.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome - Probiotics, exercise, drink more water, Triphala (do not use while pregnant); Avoid gluten, Avoid dairy products, Limit animal products

Kidney Stones - Dissolve - lots of water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil, tea made of Joe-pye weed, meadowsweet, sarsaparilla and plantain, Jump or Bump Method,
Prevention 5 to 10 grams pumpkin seeds per day; Avoid grapefruit juice, colas, salt, non-food based calcium supplements, spinach, chard, cranberry juice, animal products, rhubarb, wheat, nuts, limit alcohol, limit Vitamin C and D

Leaky Gut - Vitamin D3, probiotics, juice fasting; Avoid gluten, Avoid animal products

Liver congestion -Liver cleanse, one day raw juice fast, green smoothies, Super GI Cleanse, two cups of dandelion root tea per day, cabbage family vegetables, leafy greens, lemon, lime, garlic, onions, radish, eggs, artichoke, asparagus, beets, celery, nutritional yeast, dandelion, chicory, probiotics, raw fermented foods (i.e. sauerkraut), ginger, olive oil & flax oil in moderation

Lyme's Disease - Samento (cat's claw extract) - this stuff is really powerful, start with only a drop or two in water twice a day and increase dosage slowly or you will have serious detox symptoms (this is the ONLY thing I've ever heard of that can actually eliminate Lyme's)

Menstrual Disorders -
Check thyroid, eat whole foods - at least 80% raw and 90% vegan; Avoid gluten, Avoid caffeine, Avoid stress 

Menopausal Symptoms

Mercury Tocicity - Detox (see above), cilantro, selenium; Remove silver amalgam dental fillings!

Multiple sclerosis - Raw vegan diet including nuts and seeds, grounding to Earth; Avoid gluten

Nails weak - S
