Message from Bernadette Wulf
Greetings!
We are definitely living in “interesting times.” So much has happened since I last posted in early November. I turned a year older and the world seems to have gone into a tailspin. A lot of people are wondering who or what we can trust anymore.
In the first article we take a look at how Big Pharma and the media are manipulating health studies for their own profits. When well-respected doctors and editors tell us that HALF the health studies we read about are lies, it is time to question just about everything. You’ll also find a quick list of heart attack symptoms to watch out for if you are a woman, and a couple of upbeat articles on some very useful essential oils.
I know that you are busy and probably don’t want to spend time clicking on link after link to get the main kernel of information in each article (I sure don’t), so I always try to glean the gist of the articles and give you a follow up link in case you want to read more. It’s the opposite of the way many email newsletters work, but I’m not doing this to make money or get more traffic to my pages. I just want to share important information so you can live the best life possible.
I felt that it is really important to address the Standing Rock situation in the last article. Though I don’t like to look at things as black and white, it does seem like a metaphorical standoff between forces of destruction and forces of life, between Big Money and our Living Earth, between those who think they can take whatever they want regardless of consequences and those who choose to care about the repercussions of their actions. It is an amazing event and I have great respect and admiration for all those who are peacefully braving the winter cold and the attacks of armed police and military, to protect our living water and the sacred lands of Native Americans for all of us. The least we can do is sign petitions and send them a few supplies and a little money when we can. You will find lots of links below to do just that.
As always, I would love to hear what you want to read about. Feel free to send requests, suggestions, or any sort of feedback. I appreciate hearing from my readers. Email Bernadette

Why Health Journalism Can’t Be Trusted!
What’s wrong with the article below? Can you spot the LIE? Here’s how the article starts (from healthyexaminer.com):
The FTC is Cracking Down on Which of These Homeopathic Remedies?
Echinacea
Colloidal Silver
Ginko Biloba
Turmeric Pills
Answer: All of the above
What? If you’ve been reading my newsletter for awhile, you will immediately recognize the flaw. The answer should have been NONE of the above, because none of those are homeopathic remedies!
Sure, you can get homeopathic remedies made from each of those substances, but there is little to none of the original herb or mineral left in a homeopathic remedy by the time it is sold. Homeopathic remedies are so highly diluted that science often cannot detect any amount of the original substance. They work energetically, rather than physically.
So why is the FTC cracking down and what is it actually cracking down on? Apparently there were a few reports of side effects from a homeopathic teething remedy, which is strange, since the remedy has been on the market for decades with no ill effects. Either one batch got contaminated somehow, or this is just another false flag attempt by Big Pharma to squash their competition.
More from the same healthyexaminer.com article:
According to the FTC: “An [over-the-counter] homeopathic drug claim that is not substantiated by competent and reliable scientific evidence might not be deceptive if the advertisement or label where it appears effectively communicates that: 1) there is no scientific evidence that the product works; and 2) the product’s claims are based only on theories of homeopathy from the 1700s that are not accepted by most modern medical experts.”
See what they are up to?
The medical establishment and AMA have been trying to discredit homeopathy and herbal medicine for hundreds of years. This is just the latest attempt. Why do they bother? Because enough people keep using them and getting better, which means they can’t sell their very expensive drugs to them.
Think about it this way. If the FTC and AMA really wanted to protect the public, they would be trying to get sodas and French fries labeled as toxins. They would be working to get pesticides and GMOs out of our food supply. They would be insisting that cities take fluoride out of their water supplies. They would spend years testing vaccines before they ever allowed them to be given to a child.
But no, they are attacking homeopathy, a modality that is at worst harmless and ineffective (since they claim there is no proof that it works), or at best a very valuable healing agent that just happens to interfere with their plans to rip off as many people as possible with overpriced pharmaceutical drugs.
This sort of article just adds to the widespread confusion about what homeopathics really are. Instead of doing their research and finding the slightest bit of information about homeopathy, the writer throws out a list of unrelated substances, claiming that they are all homeopathic. That’s just lazy journalism.
But it gets even worse.
Read this – https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2016/11/17/the-illusion-called-medical-journalism-the-deep-secret/ to find out how journalism, science, and pharmaceutical companies are committing outright fraud and misleading countless people in the process. Here are a few quotes from that article to enlighten you:
“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine.” -Marcia Angell, MD, The New York Review of Books, January 15, 2009
“Even if ALL the other trials are negative,” they publish the few trials that support their bias – even if it means thousands or maybe millions of people and their doctors will be misled or harmed. As always, if you follow the money trail, you can find out the truth. Big Pharma and the medical establishment is raking in the dough.
So back to poor little homeopathic remedies.
Homeopathy was developed over 200 years ago and has been safely and effectively used by millions of people. And the remedies are cheap! There is not much profit to be made there. Worse yet, they actually heal people, taking patients out of the conventional medical money machine. They are non-toxic and have few, if any, side effects – and they support whole body healing, rather than just suppressing symptoms. Echinacea, ginko, tumeric, and even colloidal silver can be wonderful healers too, but they are not and never will be homeopathic – unless diluted and titrated according to homeopathic principles.
Enough said. Let the reader beware! And that goes for anyone visiting a doctor, too. Doctors read these journals and may act on the (often false) information. Do your own research and trust your own intuition. I try to find articles to share here that I trust, but I’ve been fooled too at times.
Now I make Anthony William, the Medical Medium, my bottom line for reliable health and nutrition information, because what he teaches really works for me (and many thousands of other people). If something doesn’t line up with the wisdom he shares, I toss it out. I find that to be much more reliable than a bunch of articles based on medical journals, nearly half of which are simply untrue, i.e. LIES.
6 Signs of Heart Attack in Women
As you may already know, symptoms of heart attack in women are more subtle than in men. That’s why this handy checklist could save your life. Without it, you might not connect these symptoms with a heart attack and realize that your life is in danger.
Some of these symptoms could also point to different causes. Sweating can be a result of hormone fluctuations or liver impairment. Fatigue could be caused by thyroid issues, viruses, lack of sleep, or just working too hard. But all these symptoms are telling you that you need to stop and pay attention NOW.
1. Mild Sensations in the Chest
2. Pain or Discomfort in One or Both Arms, Jaw, Neck, Back or Stomach
3. Shortness of Breath
4. Sweating
5. Fatigue
6. Nausea or Lightheadedness

Wonders of Tea Tree Oil
Essential oils seem to be getting a lot of attention lately, and for good reason. Here’s one oil you might want to keep in your medicine cabinet. Look at all the wonderful things tea tree oil can do!
From thetruthaboutcancer.com, some of the many uses of tea tree oil:
1. Anti-bacterial, Antiseptic, Antioxidant
2. Anti-cancer
3. Anti-fungal, Anti-mold
4. Anti-inflammatory, Immune Stimulating
5. Antiparasitic
6. Anti-viral
7. Respiratory Complaints
8. Insect Repellent
9. Dental Health
10. Skin Complaints
Remember that essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil (except for a couple of mild ones like lavender) before putting them on your skin. And never ingest them unless you are sure they are safe to eat. When in doubt, don’t! One of the best ways to use essential oils is to put them in a diffuser and inhale the fragrance. Here are a few other ideas to get you started:
How to use Tea Tree Oil (from thetruthaboutcancer.com):
Here are six popular uses for tea tree oil, together with recommended dilutions:
- For foot fungus – Dilute tea tree oil with an organic carrier oil like coconut, hemp, almond, or jojoba. A good dilution would be one part tea tree oil to one part carrier oil (a 50 percent dilution). Apply to infected areas with a cotton ball or cotton swab, twice daily for best results. If the fungal infection is severe and skin cracks are present, it may be too painful to use a 50 percent dilution so dilute it down further. Continue using until problem heals.
- As an antibacterial aftershave – Add 15-20 drops tea tree oil to two tablespoons organic vegetable glycerin in a clean, empty glass bottle with a cap. Shake well. Remove the cap, add one tablespoon distilled or filtered water. Replace cap, shake again. Apply after shaving.
- To ease psoriasis and eczema – Mix one teaspoon organic hemp or almond oil with five drops tea tree oil and apply to affected area. To make it ultra-soothing, add five drops of lavender oil to the mixture.
- For dandruff, dry scalp – Add 10 drops tea tree oil to an eight ounce (236 milliliter) bottle of organic shampoo. Shake bottle gently before each use.
- For acne – Add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil to one tablespoon of organic raw honey. Apply to skin, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and wash off. Both the honey and the tea tree oil are excellent anti-bacterial agents.
- For lung infections – Place a drop or two of tea tree oil into your hands and rub them together, placing them over your nose and mouth (always ensure to avoid the eyes). Breathe in deeply for a little while. This is the best method for getting the essential oil into your lungs and bloodstream. You can also diffuse tea tree oil into a room where you will be sitting or working. Be sure to use an ultrasonic, cool mist diffuser for best results. Never heat essential oils because doing so can reduce their therapeutic benefits.

Why I Love Frankincense!
Here’s another wonderful essential oil to keep in your medicine cabinet. Not only does it smell great, it has powerful healing properties. It also makes an ideal “base note” for aromatherapy blends, to balance the lighter floral and citrus fragrances. Frankincense resin chunks are also favorites of mine. I often keep some burning on medium in an electric incense burner in my bathroom, so it is an uplifting experience to go in there.
Again, always dilute with a carrier oil (almond, coconut, olive, or any kind of oil you would eat) before applying essential oils to your skin.

7 Ways to Help the Water Protectors at Standing Rock
If you feel as passionate as I do about honoring our planet and protecting her resources for future generations of humans and other living beings, you probably want to do everything you can to support those who are giving up their comforts and perhaps even risking their lives at Standing Rock. Rather than feeling helpless to do anything, we can take action right from home. Here’s a list of 7 ways you can get started right now, from papermag.com:
1. UPDATE: Donate resources to the Oceti Sakowin Camp
Oceti Sakowin Camp is where a majority of people at Standing Rock are currently gearing up for their winterization effort. The camp is in severe need of specific supplies like wood, sleeping bags, yurts and more. You can donate money via Oceti Sakowin’s PayPal to help fund the purchase of these items.
Editor’s Note: A previous version of this article directed donations to Sacred Stone camp. However, after having reached out to sources at Standing Rock, we have been told that supplies and donations are more immediately needed at Oceti Sakowin.
2. Donate to the Standing Rock Sioux
The Standing Rock Sioux are currently soliciting donations for legal, sanitary and emergency purposes. You can donate via the Stand with Standing Rock website.
3. Call the people in power
You can call the people who have the ability to do something.
A. Jack Dalrymple, Governor of North Dakota: 701-328-2200
B. Army Corps of Engineers (demand to reverse the permit): 202-761-5903
C. The executives at Energy Transfer Partners, the company building the pipeline.
i. Lee Hanse
Executive Vice President
(210) 403-6455
ii. Glenn Emery
Vice President
(210) 403-6762
iii. Michael (Cliff) Waters
Lead Analyst
(713) 989-2404
4. Sign the petition asking the White House to stop DAPL construction.
You can sign here.
5. UPDATE: Donate to Standing Rock’s Health Clinic
As brought to our attention by BrokeAssStuart, UCSF’s Do No Harm Coalition is setting up the Mni Wiconi (Water is Life) Health Clinic, which is a free, integrative and volunteer-based clinic that seeks to provide care to everyone in the Standing Rock Sioux reservation. They are currently raising funds to open the doors, obtain equipment and medications — an essential component of the protests as there is no local healthcare access for the people assembled at Standing Rock. Donate here.
6. UPDATE: Donate or Volunteer to Help the Medic + Healer Council
In the wake of horrific, militarized police attacks on peaceful water protectors, the Standing Rock Medic + Healer Council needs your help more than ever. The group coordinates medical supplies, resources and other forms of aid to the camps at Standing Rock, Indian Health Services, the Standing Rock Tribal Council and the aforementioned Mni Wiconi clinic. They are currently taking monetary and supply donations here.
If you are a qualified medical professional or healer, you can also send in an application to come and volunteer. Currently the group is looking for certified medics, EMTs, nurses, physicians, herbalists, midwives and massage therapists. They are also seeking volunteers who can provide logistical help re: supply deliveries. Submit your application here.
Editor’s Note: There is also a GoFundMe for water protecter Sophia Wilansky, who was critically injured during Sunday’s standoff and will now have to undergo extensive surgeries. The funds raised will go toward her medical bills.
7. UPDATE: Call the Morton County Sheriff’s Department
Call/leave a message for Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier prostesting the orders he’s given to use militarized force against peaceful protesters at 701-667-3330.

Visualization for Standing Rock
And finally, a great idea from Matt Kahn & Julie Dittmar – use your visualization skills to picture Standing Rock as a new historical landmark, quoted in full. Read on –
While many have been called to North Dakota to stand with the water protectors in response to the planned oil pipeline expansion throughout their sacred lands, I have been called to visualize a specific outcome that I wish to share with you. If you feel inspired, please join me in visualizing this exact outcome so we may work together on an energetic level to create a collective tipping point for the well-being of our beloved planet. While nothing can be guaranteed, it is essential that we always visualize the results we desire with absolute passion and focused intention, so the highest outcome can be actualized into present moment time.
Before sharing this vision, let’s explore a lesser known facet of the law of intention. It was described to me by the Universe as the Law of Divine Inevitability. Through this law, outcomes are inevitable, but require our individual and collective participation to make it so. It’s as if the time and energy we put into one direction allows each participating individual or group to expand in vibration. The higher individuals or groups elevate vibrationally, the faster consciousness expands to manifest a new reality on both the individual and collective levels.
While outcomes are destined, it is our individual and collective efforts that determine the path of how quickly or slowly destiny unfolds. Each option of how quickly or slowly outcomes play out exist in parallel timelines of reality. So in essence, through the law of Divine Inevitability, we focus our efforts to call forward the highest outcome that allows our individual and collective consciousness to move into the highest timeline of spiritual and social resolution. Even if the outcome we desire doesn’t match what is bound to unfold, the individuals working through the Law of Divine Inevitability still have the power to shift timelines, entering a reality where the highest evolution unfolds as a result of any outcome, while allowing any heartbreaking outcome to negatively impact the least amount of lives.
This means that every moment of intention counts, whether or not the outcome you are anchoring matches the results that are meant to be. No matter what unfolds, the individuals participating in anchoring the highest intention of all always expand in vibration. As this occurs it increases the likelihood that others around them will expand to create a tipping point where injustice, inequality, suffering, global warming, abuse, greed, and deception ceases to exist. In essence, we anchor the highest outcome with relentless passion, while surrendering to the will of Divinity to reveal what is meant to be. This is how we assist the tribe members of our soul family on the frontlines of Standing Rock or any other social circumstance as peaceful guardians and heart-centered wayshowers of a new vibrational reality.
In knowing the benefits we contribute to the sum of whole, no matter which timeline plays out, I’d like to share with you an intention I am anchoring:
When tuning into possible timelines for the stand-off at Standing Rock, I was shown an image of President Obama holding a press conference. During this press conference, in one of his final acts as President, Obama officially declared Standing Rock a historic landmark prohibiting any future pipeline expansion on or around it. As he made it official, the vision then shifted to Standing Rock, where thousands of water protectors reacted in the triumph of peaceful victory, as law enforcement was ordered to back away and retreat.
Through the Law of Divine Inevitability, I invite you to strengthen your intention muscles by anchoring this outcome many times throughout the day. Simply visualize these precise images and allow yourself to feel whatever depth of peace, harmony, excitement, or joy bubbles up within you. Even if not feeling such positive emotions, simply envision this outcome to increase the likelihood of it manifesting into form. Whether this occurs exactly as we intend, or moves consciousness into a higher timeline of less violence and a faster trajectory of global awakening, our efforts always count as we participate in the unfolding times of our long-awaited destiny.
So many of us know exactly the kind of world we wish to live in, but when the outcomes we seek appear daunting or insurmountable, one of the most counter-productive thing we can do is to stand by and do nothing at all. Egos either fight for or against change. Souls anchor change while standing for peace. Spiritual egos turn away from difficulties while waiting for someone else to create the change they secretly yearn to see. Now is the time to decide through our choices, words, and actions who we truly wish to be. Resolve can be swift, peaceful, and powerful in its unfolding, but it requires the conscious intention of many to focus their efforts in a singular direction, as energetic support for those standing on the frontlines in person.
May we unite together as One, intending for Standing Rock to be made a historical landmark as our first bold step in restoring power to the consciousness of the people who live with reverence, honor, and respect for Mother Earth. If you also wish to visualize light surrounding each person at Standing Rock as protection from the cold weather and brutality, please feel free to contribute whatever you called to envision for the benefit of all.
No matter how much or how little you wish to offer, thank you for your help in anchoring this intention, as well as forwarding this post to everyone you know to maximize its power and potency. Julie and I both stand for Standing Rock and gladly offer our time and energy to visualizing the positive outcomes that we wish to be. Together we stand united as one, as never before that I AM now.
