Change is Inevitable!
Everything is changing in our world. Have you noticed?
From politics to rampant health threats, income insecurities, climate change and disruptions in our food supply, the world is a much different place than it was a couple of years ago – and the changes are far from over. All these changes are prompting me to change my newsletter/blog focus as well.
I’m not yet sure how that will play out, but I’m hoping to share more frequent blog posts. That may mean shorter monthly newsletters – or not – and a wider focus that includes healing our planet and our relationship with Nature.
I am removing myself from many of the health email lists I’ve been on for a long time. At this point, if it doesn’t align with the Medical Medium information, or at least Dr. Greger, Dr. Barnard or Dr. McDougall, I see no point in wasting my time with it.
Science can be (and often is) manipulated to support all sorts of false beliefs, but bottom line, the Medical Medium protocols are saving the lives and health of millions of people around the world.
After 50 years of natural health and nutrition study, I’ve found the answers I was looking for. Now I want to help spread the word to anyone who is facing health issues, or who wants to avoid them in the future.
My New Header

Wolf has stepped out of the limelight, but she will always be with me as my inner world protector. Now Hummingbird has come forward as the guide who will lead me into the New Earth reality.
Hummingbird is reputed to be a 5th dimensional being, so he is an ideal guide as we shift into a higher vibration on planet Earth. Though small in the physical world, he is amazingly powerful in the Otherworld dimensions.
Healing from the Ground Up feels like the perfect phrase to express the healing that comes from Earth – both the literal soil that provides healthy food and the grounding energy of our evolving planet.
Awakening to the New Earth
You may be aware that we are in the midst of a massive shift, both in human consciousness and in all of Nature. Earth herself is raising her vibration or ascending, as some like to say.
This in turn affects the life and health of every being on the planet. I can’t very well post a health newsletter without at least mentioning that our very cells are changing on an energetic level as a result of this shift.
If all this sounds way too “woo woo” for you, don’t worry. I will continue to share scientific studies in my monthly newsletter. I may, however, branch off into woo woo land here in the blog posts.
What people call woo woo is just the realm that science doesn’t yet understand – but it is no less real than what we can presently measure and weigh.
While I love reading scientific studies and getting grounded in my garden, shamanic journeys, communing with faeries and elves, and exploring the magic of art and Celtic mystery wisdom are also a big part of who I am.
My overall mission in life is to inspire humans to align with the New Earth and foster reverence for all life through magic, natural healing and personal activism in harmony with the unseen beings of the Nature realms.
It is Time to Choose!

Because we live on a free will planet, we are free to choose to remain with the status quo that is based on fear and oppression. It threatens to undermine the very fabric of life on Earth.
Or we can choose a reality based on freedom, joy and cooperation. We don’t have to wait. We can choose it right now. Law of Attraction brings us whatever we focus on without contradiction.
That means we have to ignore a lot of the media news and keep our focus on things that feel uplifting, even if it is “only imaginary” for now. Imagination is our powerful key to shaping our future.
I choose to live in the New Earth reality now and so can you. It is time to choose!
Splitting Realities
As I see it, our reality is splitting. Some people will continue to live in the old reality if they choose to hang onto it. Many will choose to shift into the New Earth reality, and some are already living there. The divide will keep increasing until we lose sight of each other.
It is up to you which reality you choose. Simply make a conscious choice now to align with the New Earth and watch for signs that it is emerging all around you. It is! I see it every day.
