This is a fascinating article if you ever wonder what happens to all that recycling they pick up at your curb. I’m old enough to remember when we had to wash cans, cut the bottoms off, and smash them before they could be recycled. Then we had to separate glass into clear, brown, green, etc., and paper wasn’t even collected except for newspaper drives. It took a real commitment to recycle, but now it is much easier in many locations.
Where I live in Sonoma County, we can dump cans, glass, plastic, paper, and clean cardboard into the bin and they will sort it out for us. Plastic bags and styrofoam are not accepted, but a few markets will recycle clean, dry plastic bags. That really cuts down on the amount of waste going into the landfill.

Taking Care of Your Lymphatic System
Most of us don’t think about our lymph circulation very much. We tend to think it will take care of itself as our blood circulation does, but that is not the case. Lymph needs our help to move, which naturally happens when we exercise, but many of us with sedentary jobs don’t exercise often enough. Maybe You’re Ascending!
As a child I always thought ascension was like pictures I’d seen of Jesus rising into the sky in a blaze of glory, but that’s not what this article is talking about. This is an everyday process of aligning with the rising vibrations of our planet. Ascending simply means expanding into higher vibrational dimensions… but perhaps that isn’t simple at all!
Whether we like it or not Earth is ascending. Since 1980, the Schumann resonance has been rising, after thousands of years of remaining constant. What does that mean for us? Read through the list below and you may recognize some of the symptoms. I know I have. From in5d.com:
1. Feeling as though you are reliving your childhood struggles.
2. Feeling “lost,” or directionless.
3. “Left brain” fogginess.
4. Having random influxes of irrational anger or sadness that intensify until you can’t ignore them anymore.

If none of that stuff sounds familiar, just wait. It will soon. We are all being triggered, but some of us “wake up” sooner than others. That’s probably a good thing, because it would be pretty chaotic if we all started feeling lost in a fog at the same time.
The main point is that, though some of these symptoms can be unpleasant, they all have a very positive purpose. We are expanding out of the limitations of the past into a new and promising future based on our heightened awareness and compassion. Welcome to the new reality!
By the way, I know it looks on the surface like Earth is going to hell in a hand basket, as my dad was fond of saying. We are bombarded with rumors of wars, and pollution, and questions about climate change, and political lies, and on and on. It can be overwhelming, but I also know that all that stuff has been going on for hundreds of years. It is only coming to light now, because we are ready to see it and clear it out of our collective experience.
So remember that it is all part of the process and Mother Earth has her own agenda. We can align with it and enjoy the ride, or we can resist it and have a very challenging time. Either way, we are on an adventure that has never been experienced before. Personally, I find it very exciting and wonderful.
