Guest Blog – Grow Medicinal Herbs Indoors
Did you know you can grow medicinal and culinary herbs indoors? Some of them even make pretty houseplants.
Learn how to grow basil, lavender, mint, rosemary and thyme. You can even find rosemary shaped like a mini Christmas tree during the holiday season.
Our guest blogger, Michelle Wilde, will tell you all about it in this article.
Michelle Wilde is a stay-at-home mom and avid plant lover. Armed with a postgraduate degree in Computer Science (no kidding!), she loves researching plants and landscapes. When she is not caring for her 4 kids, she spends time on her passion for plants. She blogs at “The Indoor Plants Channel”, the trusted source for indoor plants.

Healthy Vegan Crêpes
Here’s a great brunch recipe if you are avoiding eggs and missing the lightness of crêpes.
Why avoid eggs? See next article.
Crêpes Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 2 tbsp coconut or maple sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
- 1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond or light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
To serve:
- 1 cup chopped berries of choice, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries
- 2-3 tbsp maple butter or raw honey
- Coconut whipped cream topping (optional)
Directions:
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the oat flour, potato starch, coconut or maple sugar, and sea salt (if using). Pour in the almond or coconut milk and water. Whisk until uniform and lump-free. Cover and rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
Place a medium-sized ceramic non-stick skillet on medium-high heat and pour about 1/2 cup of the batter into the skillet. Tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly in a thin layer.
Cook the crêpes on one side for about 2-3 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute on the other side.

Why Avoid Eggs?
There is quite a bit of scientific evidence available on the dangers of eating eggs. Start with Dr. Greger’s reports if you are interested.
And here is an excerpt from the Medical Medium information on eggs that aligns with Dr. Greger’s findings quite well:
Eggs Feed Pathogens
The eggs you eat can feed the pathogens, viruses, and bacteria deep within your liver. These growing pathogens, viruses, and bacteria can create symptoms and conditions like heart palpitations, fatigue, weight gain, hot flashes, anxiety, acne, and more. So when you eat an egg, you could be gradually worsening your condition without realizing it.
Stagnant, Sluggish Liver
The liver is a campground for large variations of toxins, poisons, pathogens, and other antagonists and troublemakers. [ ] Over time, the pathogens and heavy metals feeding on eggs in your liver, proliferate and create a stagnant, sluggish liver.
Reproductive System Problems
Medical research and science is unaware that the true cause of fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, PCOS, reproductive cancers, and breast density, is viruses such as Epstein-Barr. It’s best to avoid eggs if suffering from any of these conditions. Eggs also feed bacteria such as Streptococcus, which cause conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), UTIs, bladder infections, kidney infections, bacterial vaginosis (BV), boils, and thrush.
Bottom line, though eggs are tasty and versatile, we are much better off without them.

New Earth Ambassador — Sharing Health, Wealth & Faery Magic to Uplift the World!
What I love best is creating opportunities for people to tap into the New Earth reality — a reality of harmony, cooperation and prosperity for all. I call it the New Camelot!
I still recall the thrill of discovering how to break through the confusion and angst of struggling in the old 3D Matrix. That’s when I realized I had found something far more valuable than money or worldly “success.”
So now I spend my time creating courses, blogs and tools to support citizens of the New Camelot in their ongoing quest for vital health, abundant wealth and the magic of the faery realm (which is woven into the fabric of the New Camelot like silver threads of wonder).
I am also passionate about protecting Nature, educating people about a healthy whole plant foods diet, artistic creativity, graphic design, connecting seekers with the faery realm, Celtic and Arthurian lore, writing, painting and gardening.
